By purchasing this subscription, you agree that the setup process for your private WhatsApp support begins immediately. You acknowledge that as digital setup and professional allocation occur instantly upon purchase, you waive your right to a refund for the current billing cycle once the purchase is confirmed.

While we aim to provide round-the-clock support, please allow for a response window of 1-3 hours for non-emergencies. For life-threatening animal emergencies, users must contact their local veterinary practice immediately.

To ensure high-quality and timely support, the private WhatsApp group is limited to the primary owner(s) and any individuals directly responsible for the physical care or handling of the animals (such as family members, farm sitters, etc.). The group is not intended for general social use or large-scale team distributions. 

​

We reserve the right to limit the number of participants if the group size interferes with our ability to provide effective husbandry guidance. Subscriptions cannot be shared across multiple separate holdings or unrelated parties.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via email. Send an email to alpacamot@gmail.com and reference your plan. Your access to active support will remain in place until the end of your current paid billing cycle. At that point, the private WhatsApp group will be archived rather than deleted. This preserves your previous advice and history, but the group will remain inactive and "read-only" until your membership is renewed.

Advice provided via "Remote Support" is based on the information, photos, and videos provided by the user.

Faecal Egg Count Testing

Our FEC testing is a supportive tool designed to help you monitor parasite shedding and make informed decisions alongside your vet. By purchasing or using our testing service, you agree to the following terms:

A FEC test only measures the parasite eggs actively being shed in the provided sample at the time of collection. It is not a definitive diagnosis of an animal's overall health. It cannot detect all forms of larvae, parasites, or certain worm species that do not shed eggs regularly. A clear or low-count sample does not mean your alpaca is completely free of parasites.

The accuracy of your results depends heavily on how the sample was collected and stored. Samples must be fresh, kept cool (not frozen), and within our requested time frame. Alpaca MOT is not liable for inaccurate results caused by degraded, contaminated, or improperly handled samples.

Never ignore physical symptoms. If your alpaca is showing clinical signs of parasite burden or illness (weight loss, lethargy, poor coat, pale mucous membranes, or signs of scouring), you must consult your veterinarian immediately, even if the FEC count is low or zero.

 

While we provide egg count results (expressed as eggs or oocysts per gram) and general husbandry advice, we do not prescribe specific veterinary medicines or dewormers. Any treatment plans should be discussed with and approved by your veterinarian.
